It’s a Formula 1, a Red Bull.

I had to redo the design, since it will took 11 hours and I started at 10 pm. The next day the model was too cold to continue, so I did it again.

I had to clean the base with a rag

I am a Formula 1 fan and I like the Red Bull Racing team.

There are 2 championships (drivers’ championship and constructors’ championship, The 2 championships occur at the same time).

There are 10 teams currently (March 2025) (redbull racing, ferrari, mclaren, mercedes, aston martin, williams, haas, alpine, kick sauber, racing bulls RB). (Racing Bulls is the secondary team belonging to Red Bull).

Well known pilots are Verstappen, Checo perez, Sainz, Leclerc, Rusell, Hamilton, Piastri, Norris, Fernando Alonso, etc… All the drivers are good, I think except for Stroll (he is good but not at the level of an F1 driver, he is there because his father owns the Aston Martin team)

Currently the best drivers are Verstappen and Norris, there is rivalry between them.

There are 2 drivers per team, 20 drivers in total..

In the team championship both drivers compete together, in the drivers’ championship each driver competes separately.

The constructors are the teams.

Each team develops a strategy for each race depending on the conditions (sometimes everything goes well, sometimes everything goes badly)

The current champions are:

  • Verstappen: (Red Bull Racing) Drivers’ Championship
  • McLaren: in the constructors’ championship

In the last race in Brazil (Interlagos circuit), Verstappen started 17th and finished 1st (with rain, which increases the difficulty).

The model is RB19 from Red Bull Racing, which raced in 2023.

I still don’t know how to paint it, I’m looking for techniques.

I leave here a scale model of the RB19:

The total printing took 12 hours 23 minutes.

To paint it I will use common and matte acrylics.

I’ll make some 3D printed cubes with the same material to test the acrylics and see how they look.

how the 3d print turned out:

At the end of printing it creaks, it is because it cools and contracts).

you have to remove the support material, these are the parts that don’t fit.
